Atty. Don graduated from San Beda University College of Law, Manila. He first started his career in law practice as a Senior Associate at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Company (SGV) in Makati where he assisted multinational corporations in their tax compliances, particularly in Transfer Pricing. Thereafter, Atty. Don was appointed as a Public Attorney assigned at PAO Manila District Office. As a public defender, he handled numerous criminal, civil (land disputes, family law-related cases and special proceedings), administrative and labor cases. Later on, Atty. Don ventured into private practice by joining a law office specializing in cases involving public officers where he had the rare opportunity of handling several high-profile cases before the Ombudsman and Sandiganbayan.
Atty. Joan Tricia G. Lua-Chiong

Atty. Tricia graduated Second Honors from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, Makati. She is a Notary Public for her hometown, Balanga City, Bataan. She has a great deal of experience in the practice of law, particularly in criminal, civil, labor and procurement cases. She actively represented St. Moritz Security Agency, Inc. in its labor disputes, civil issues and biddings as CEO/President. Having a Juris Doctor degree with specialization on International Business and Corporate Law, she possesses competence in handling corporate dealings and government compliances.
Atty. Teofilo A. Chiong, Jr.

Atty. Jun is a seasoned lawyer who has extensive trial experience having been a prosecutor for 33 years. Before becoming a private practitioner, he was the first Deputy Provincial Prosecutor of the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Pangasinan where he successfully handled countless cases before the trial courts. A staunch advocate for justice, Atty. Jun was given numerous recognitions and citations for being an outstanding prosecutor by local government units and other non-profit organizations. He considers himself a successful parent with 4 sons: 3 of them lawyers and 1 medical doctor. At present, he is commissioned as Notary Public for Alaminos City, Bani, Agno, Bolinao and Anda, Pangasinan.
